To add a friend, just find a person you want to be a friend with and then click on the "Add as Friend" button to the right of their search listing. A friend request will be sent to that person. Once they confirm that they actually are friends with you, they will show up on your Friends List.

To delete a Friend List, click on the X sign appears next to the list name, on the pop up click OK button.
